Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Step-free throughout

Wide doorways, level thresholds, and a layout designed around wheelchair users and anyone who finds steps difficult.

Flexible sleeping setup

Two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living area, so the house can sleep up to five. Tell us your party size and how you plan to use each space when you enquire—we will confirm it works before you book.

Quiet location

Set on a residential street away from traffic. Close enough to walk to the seafront, quiet enough to rest properly.

Thoughtful at every turn.

We have thought carefully about what 'accessible' actually means in practice, not just ticked a box.

That means a roll-in wet room for assisted bathing, a ceiling track hoist in the accessible bedroom around the profiling bed, wide hallways, and no awkward lips or steps. It means a kitchen where everyone can cook together. A garden you can actually enjoy.

We want every guest to feel at home, completely, not just mostly.

A house, not a hotel room.

Accessible hotel rooms tend to offer a bed and a wet room. We offer a home.

  • One accessible room among many
  • Restaurant only, no kitchen
  • No care coordination
  • Basic grab rails if you're lucky
  • The whole house is yours
  • Cook your own meals together

The basics, clearly.
