Prices: what a stay here costs
Here are the weekly and nightly rates, the nights that are free and how the deposit works. You can stay for one night or a whole week, and the access equipment is included.

You book the whole bungalow, for up to five people. Weekend nights cost a little more than midweek nights, and you can stay for just one night.

Deposits and balance
How payment works
You can pay by bank transfer or card. If a council, the NHS or a charity is paying, the price is the same. Funding & Support explains how the invoice works.
50% deposit
Once you’re happy the house fits, the deposit holds your dates and takes them off the calendar.
Balance before arrival
You pay the rest no later than one week before you arrive.
No extras
There’s no damage deposit and no cleaning fee to pay at the end of your stay.

- Set-up feeA one-off £30 fee applies when setting up your initial care package.
- Escort outingsEscort outings, such as hospital appointments or shopping trips, are charged at 50p per mile plus any parking.
- Bank holidaysBank holidays are charged at double the standard rate. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are charged at treble, as is New Year's Eve after 7pm.

What the bungalow price covers, how care is charged, and what changes when a council or the NHS pays.
No, the bungalow price covers the house and the access equipment that’s already there. Care from Continuity is optional, and they’ll give you a quote once you’ve talked through what you need. Their guide rates are above.
The hoists, the profiling beds and the wet room equipment are all included. Anything specialist that isn’t on our list costs extra to hire, so tell us when you enquire. Please bring your own slings, because a sling needs to fit the person using it.
No. The price is the same whoever pays, and the only thing that changes is who we send the invoice to. Funding & Support explains how that works.
Care costs more at weekends, on bank holidays and for complex care. Continuity review their rates regularly, and the next review date is shown above. They’ll give you a quote once you’ve agreed the hours and tasks with them.
